Expansion into Development
Moved beyond property management into developing apartment buildings, condos, and other projects, becoming a vertically integrated organization. Waverly Lane Condos stands as one of the signature builds from this era.

Building Communities Across Saskatchewan
Expanded beyond Regina into Moose Jaw, Fort Qu'Appelle, and Yorkton, bringing the same family-owned approach to new markets.

Manages 600+ rental suites with 50+ staff, with ongoing residential development. Still family-owned, still Saskatchewan-based.
